Provide the formation, required hole diameter, core requirement, rig, connection and flushing arrangement. A product photograph or series name is a starting point; the selected dimensions and interfaces define the order.
Does NTW, NQ or HQ alone establish compatibility?
Confirm the barrel make and series, bit outside diameter, core opening, thread and shoulder dimensions. Use the core-bit ordering checklist to keep these measurements separate.
Can I discuss a custom body or complete tool?
Specify whether you need a bare body, machined component or assembled bit. Provide a drawing or sample reference and acceptance requirements through Custom & OEM.
How are quantities, samples and delivery arranged?
Include the quantity by configuration and your trial or purchasing requirements in the enquiry. Sample terms, pricing, delivery and shipping arrangements are confirmed in the quotation for that order.
What documentation should I request?
