Custom Drill Bits & OEM Manufacturing
Discuss a drill-bit configuration, replacement body or cutter-holder component with FSDRILL. Start with a drawing, sample reference or clearly identified catalogue series, then define the drilling task and supply scope.
Prepare the specification
Contractors should provide the formation, hole and core dimensions, rig, connection and flushing conditions. Distributors and OEM buyers should add drawings or sample photographs, quantity by configuration, material and tolerance requirements, marking or packaging requirements, and the inspection documents needed for the order.
Define the supplied item
Specify a complete bit, an unassembled body or a component. Drill-bit bodies and cutter holders show component examples; integral reamers and PDC core bits show different assembled tool families. Confirm the drawing revision, cutter layout, interfaces, inspection plan, commercial terms and delivery schedule for the selected item.
The products below are configuration examples, not a shared dimensional specification. See manufacturing capabilities or send a contractor or OEM enquiry.
