Overview
The 69/100 source-series bit combines a pilot section and an enlargement section in a one-piece body. The original photographs show the compact staged profile and connection end.
Cutting Structure and Configuration
The integral design differs from a stack of separate cutting heads. Its pilot-to-reamer relationship must match the planned drilling sequence and the required borehole dimensions.
Applications
Use this series when discussing a compact custom reaming assembly for rotary drilling. Hole geometry, flushing and connection compatibility determine which configuration is appropriate.
Selection and Customization
Share the required finished-hole diameter, drill-string connection, formation description and flushing method with FSDRILL. The cutter arrangement and connection should be selected together with the drilling assembly. Photographs show the illustrated configurations; the final specification is agreed for the project.
