Define the hole-enlargement task
For a custom reaming tool, specify the existing pilot hole and required finished-hole diameter as separate dimensions. Identify the cutting head and connection with a drawing or clearly labelled sample photographs.
Configuration for quotation
Provide the hole depth and direction, ground conditions, drilling assembly, available torque and flushing method. Confirm the cutting arrangement, supplied assembly state, manufacturing dimensions and inspection requirements for the selected design.
