Overview
The photographs show unfinished or unassembled drilling-tool bodies and cutter-holder configurations. These components are presented separately from complete assembled drill bits.
Cutting Structure and Configuration
The body geometry and holder positions provide the basis for a custom cutting assembly. A photographed body should not be assumed to include all cutters or the final connection specification.
Applications
Use this family when discussing a replacement body, cutter-holder arrangement or drawing-based drilling component. Identify the required component and whether the project calls for a bare body or an assembled cutting tool.
Selection and Customization
Provide a component drawing, key dimensions, cutter or holder interface and connection requirements. Final material, assembly state and tolerances are defined for the selected component.
Component supply and acceptance
Mark whether the order is for a bare body, machined component or completed assembly. Identify the material, drawing revision, cutter-seat or holder interface, connection, reference datums and required inspection points. State which cutters, joining operations and finishing steps are included in the supplied item.
