Three-wing stepped drag configuration
The source collection identifies this product as an integral alloy drag bit. The photographs show three fixed, stepped cutting sections and open passages around the head. It is presented as a drag-tool configuration rather than a PDC cutter layout.
Define the cutting head
Confirm the cutting-edge material, body specification and selected geometry in the order drawing. The photographs establish the visible arrangement; they do not identify an alloy grade, hardness or joining process.
Specify the drilling assembly
Provide the required hole dimensions, connection, drilling purpose, ground description and flushing system. If a sample passage or core size is part of the requirement, identify it explicitly in the assembly drawing. An opening visible in a photograph is not sufficient to establish a core-diameter specification.
Compare the tool family
Compare this fixed-blade drag configuration with a concave PDC layout only after identifying the cutting elements and drilling task. Use the water-well selection guide and the OEM specification checklist to prepare an enquiry.
