Overview

This reinforced concave PDC family brings together the photographed three, four and five-wing configurations. The source photographs identify model references 140, 220, 250 and 300, together with a 305-series five-wing example.

Cutting Structure and Configuration

The reinforced wings carry PDC cutters around a recessed center. Individual models differ in wing count, body proportions and cutter arrangement. Model references are identifiers here; they are not a complete dimensional specification.

Applications

Use this family when reviewing a reinforced non-coring head for a water-well or engineering drilling assembly. The individual configuration must be selected from the required borehole dimensions and drilling conditions.

Selection and Customization

Specify the desired model reference and wing count, then confirm the finished-hole diameter, cutter layout, flushing ports and connection drawing. Model numbers alone should not be used to order a connection or determine operating settings.
