This flat-top directional PDC family is shown in blue and unpainted configurations. The flat cutting face is a separate profile from a concave or rounded arc-profile bit.
Cutting Structure and Configuration
The original views show the face layout, cutter positions and body connection area. The directional configuration must be evaluated with the intended steering or drill-string assembly.
Applications
Discuss this head for a custom directional rotary drilling setup. The intended hole, formation, guidance arrangement and connection determine the required configuration.
Selection and Customization
Share the required finished-hole diameter, drill-string connection, formation description and flushing method with FSDRILL. The cutter arrangement and connection should be selected together with the drilling assembly. Photographs show the illustrated configurations; the final specification is agreed for the project.
