(Specially designed for hard formations like quartzite and granite. Used with water drilling rigs.)
Ground Conditions
The formation includes a mix of quartzite and granite, with high quartz content. The rock is very hard and abrasive, requiring high wear resistance and cutting efficiency from the drill bit.
Performance Feedback
According to Mr. Wang, the drilling speed reached about 1 meter per hour, and each bit lasted over 30 meters—very stable and efficient.
In comparison, diamond bits from other suppliers only lasted about 2 meters in the same formation.
Customer Review
Mr. Wang is very satisfied with the performance of the Fengsu PDC bit. He still has some bits in stock and plans to reorder once the current ones are nearly used up.
